We have been in the glazing industry for 40 years and our business is built on reputation of being reliable and proficient and have used MTF for several years and found MTF to be the most proficient , accommodating , and helpful company of all the suppliers of quality glazing products that we have used over the years and would absolutely recommend MTF as they are always extremely professional and courteous and products we order are always delivered on the date and time given with no feeble excuses much like suppliers we have used in the past.

Customer service 5* from lady behind the phone, however Operations team (I suppose Richard is in charge, is appalling badly!)After number of calls, finally I have received replacement window and door to rear (not fitted yet!)Medway trade frames had an opportunity to supply my property with windows and doors.Front door - not even year old, handles falling apart and all I got offered is replacement handle, unfortunately got to DYI it myself. Fair enough, door was close to £1000, hey ho got to do it yourself!Door to rear - not that the 1st attempt of delivery, door was poor quality, obviously this crowd does not check what goes out the door. Silly me not checking their quality, but should I???!!!! So door is bowing out and does not shut properly, got new door, thanks guys, got to remove your faulty product to install replacement, fingers crossed 3rd time lucky!Front house window - another issue, window leaf bowing like banana in the jungle, hey ho got the window leaf replacement! But unfortunately, faulty product, install yourself as I was told by Medway Trade Frames.Thanks guys for taking my money and supplying me with sh…Big thanks to Mr. Richard who hides his head in the sand, very professional behaviour!
