Google maps shows access is via the Hot House car park behind Joia restaurant, Tesco Express and the flats at 1071 Argyle Street. This is wrong. You cannot get in this way. You can only access Chunky via the pend to the Hidden Lane at 1103 Argyle Street. If you enter the Hot House car park there if a danger that you shall be trapped in there until a resident comes to exit with their car.
