Not great the guy always stinks of smoke, stands a bit to close and give it the hard sell. It must be policy to sell what’s out because they never have a new pair only what’s on the shelf. £200-300 for a pair of ex display.

Morag (and a gentlemen colleague who I unfortunately never got his name) in the Glasgow Airport store went above and beyond to source a pair of Ray Bans I’d been looking for for months. They eventually managed to source one of the last pairs in the UK and sat them aside until my next travel through the airport. Fantastic customer service!!
