We called in to look at their display of shower units and then asked if they could do a local site visit to prepare a quote for installation. We were told that someone would call us the next day to arrange but this never happened - all we got was total radio silence. This was the first time we had tried to use this company and they failed completely to make a good first impression. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere.

I'm using bathwise for the third time. We used them at our flat and now at our house. I've found Bathwise to be the best bathroom store I have ever visited. Their knowledge of different products and attention to detail is second to none! I've dealt with Kailesh and other members of the team and you get excellent service from everyone! They have been able to advise on best products vs our budget and are not pushy! If there is a product you can't see on display, just ask!We had to replace a shower head and plug for the bath 18 months after install. The aftercare service Bathwise provide is also excellent! I wouldn't hesitate using or recommending Bathwise to anyone looking for a new bathroom who want good, honest advice!

We bought all of the fixtures for our bathroom remodel from Bathwise. Extremely professional business and the customer service is excellent. We had to replace one cabinet mirror and part of a tap after 3 years of use and they were very responsive with no-nonsense follow up. Very happy with them and their customer service.

They are an excellent company. Fitted a beautiful bathroom for me a few years ago and I have just bought a new shower cubicle for another bathroom. They are very efficient and quick. Highly recommended.

Extremely poor and unprofessional service! We ordered two mirrors from this company via manomano website. The items were thrown over our hoarding into our front driveway even though the package is labelled fragile and of course, the mirrors were damaged and not able to be used. We contacted the seller for a quick replacement (as they had a long delivery time) or refund to which they responded offering replacement if we would like it. But no further contact since then. We have now asked for a refund via Manomano concrete guarantee agreement because the seller refuses to make any contact with us which we hope to receive confirmation for soon.
