Very responsive and helpful. Equipment came quickly and well packaged via a reliable courier (parcleforce) with tracking. When a produce was out of stock I was informed quickly and given the option to change my order. I will definitely use them again.

Purchased lots of 'Recycling car with belt drive' kits which came without instructions. Jess Thornton moved heaven and earth to get us some, and kept us posted at each stage so we did not think we had been forgotten. Great service!!

Really good customer service. A short wait but friendly and prompt after I'd sent them an email. Informed of all stock pending. Good prices - hence perhaps occasional supply problems but that's what you get. When items arrived they were of perfectly good quality.
