Chattanooga takeaway

This is without a doubt the worst takeaway experience me and my partner have ever had. Ordered a takeaway at 6pm, at this point they refused to give an estimated delivery time and said it would be as soon as possible. Ordered a kebab, portion of chicken nuggets and two cheesy fries. An hour passed and we phoned to get an estimated time which they still couldn’t give. The food came two hours later and it was £22.50 which we couldn’t believe for what we ordered considering we live 1 minute down the road. We realised the nuggets already came with fries and they never bothered to tell us they just charged us for an extra portion. On the menu cheesy fries were £3, as we ordered extra cheese they charged us £4.50 each for these!! When we opened the rest of the food we realised it was all cold, the portions of fries weren’t even half of the box and they had mouldy cheese on them. We phoned them to tell them the cheese was mouldy and we had waited so long - the man who owns the takeaway, Ali, started shouting at me down the phone saying his cheese was not mouldy and asked to see it, I had already picked the cheese off and put it in the bin and explained this and he actually asked me to pick the bits of cheese out of the bin. I said I wasn’t going to do that and he said he would send some more and cut me off. We waited for our replacement fries while the rest of the food went cold and when they came they had only sent 1 portion. We phoned the shop, they recognised our number and cut us off and took the phone off the hook. We took the food up to the shop and gave it back and said we wanted our money back. The owner continued to shout at us regardless of the fact it was 2 hours, they overcharged us, it was mouldy, freezing cold and they only sent one replacement. Not to mention, this isn’t the only time the cheese has been mouldy but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. His unprofessional attitude and blatant disregard for manners was outstanding. I would encourage anyone to stay far away from here, reading other reviews it sounds like this is a regular occurrence. He gave us our refund as he was clearly shocked that after blocking our calls we decided to visit the shop in person, and told us not to order from there again, like we ever would! Rude, critical lack of customer service skills and the food isn’t even that good, we only went because the other pizza shop was shut.

Very slow service and the guy is very rude, I ordered food and was told 40 minutes and when I arrived to pick it up it wasn't ready ( which isn't a major problem) I waited a further 20 minutes and people where walking in off the street and getting food before me. Food wasn't even that nice to be honest. Wouldn't use again.

Food was alright tasting but having booked for collection an hour in advance on Just eat, when I arrived they hadn't even started my order, dispite not appearing to be very busy. So I ended up waiting half hour, and being charged the Just Eat service charge for the privilege.

I'm surprised. The menu is same big Caspian in workinton. Best and nicest pizza shop. Staff are kind and polite . And I had delivery order meals for my guest. Was fantastic and tasty. Chattanooga is best anyway ❤

Phoned up twice. No answer. I asked if they were open as the guy on the phone was very abrupt. Told me he wouldn’t answer if he wasn’t open! Fair comment. Lol. Then hung up: this business is showing as dissolved and therefore I’d suggest no longer paying its taxes: don’t use/

The food was good once it finally arrived. Ordered at 5.30, arrived at nearly 9pm - not acceptable when you've got children waiting to eat. Delivery driver was lovely but won't be ordering again.

Loved the food definitely going to order from there again. Food wasn't greasy like some kebab take aways are. Nice thin pizza bases. Would recommend to everyone.

My first time ordering from them. I Pre-ordered pizza on just eat at 5pm for 7pm. No contact and delivery didn’t arrive until after 9pm!! No contact made so had to call them on two occasions. They wouldn’t commit to a time and told me it’d be there when it was ready.

Kebab wasn't greasy like other places which was good and wedges were great....HOWEVER....if you want garlic mushrooms then I'd suggest order elsewhere or make yourself, £2.50 for 4 measley little button mushrooms is ridiculous.
