Arrived to pick coach to find the battery cage cover UNLOCKED. Inspection of vehicle appeared fine with exception of battery cover door. In total after 2 visits to reception and 40 mins and one junior mechanic tried in vain without a key but I've got this screwdriver?" Err "I wouldn't recommend that." Eventually the supervisor gets a bunch of random keys to trucks and locked the cabinet off. Job done

Now over 12 months and they still have not completed the purchase, getting the outstanding items has been like pulling teeth, the managers are incompetent to the extreme. Lie's and Lies to cover up not arranging MOT to not supplying a VAT invoice. This company it rotten from the top down.
