Springfield Surgery

this is the only surgery within walking distance of our home. i have never met my doctor as i moved here after lockdown began however, the reception staff are truly awful. nothing is easy. everything is a fight. the worst advice i have ever been given when asking for a repeat prescription is 'go back to your previous doctors and ask them' i have had more fights in my few months with this surgery than with all other surgeries combined in my 5 decades of using healthcare.

Been here since I moved here so many years ago and can’t fault it, seen a few differences Drs who have retired over the years ,the Drs who are in now who took over from there lovely dad are so lovely and so caring and have time for you. The reception staff are always happy to help and again are lovely.Cannot fault Springfield Surgery 10/10

Can say nothing but good about the service provided. Helpful staff across the surgery doctors, reception, and nurse. All issue followed up, saw a doctor several times over a period of need. As one gets older this is what is required .

Do not go here. Awful reception staff. Blocking access to healthcare.
