I've just had a complete update of the system that was first installed by Orion back in 2008. Virtually no mess, minimal upheaval, and all done in a really professional way by Adam and Tim. Adam is a very personable guy, extremely polite, and a pleasure to have around. There's not that many workmen you can say that about these days. I would highly recommend this company if you need anything doing in your home or business relating to security systems.

Orion Security installed a wireless alarm system for us in 2015. Since then, they have serviced the system, so it's always in first class working order. If a fault does occur (it’s an alarm system, so faults will happen occasionally), it’s dealt with quickly and efficiently without compromising security.Orion also replaced, and certified, all the electrics in our bungalow in early 2016. This was a major job as we were living in it at the time. Yet the work was completed professionally, on time, and with little disturbance to us.Overall, everyone at Orion has always been courteous and willing to go the extra mile to give outstanding customer service. With reasonable installation and maintenance prices, we have no hesitation in recommending this company as we will certainly continue to use them in the future.
