Fantastic experience with this company!We had family visiting London for the first time for only one day so were stuck and overwhelmed with what to show/do with them until Neil saved the day! He took all the stress of planning away and had thought of every little detail to make the day run as smooth as possible.Booking was so quick and effortless. The Big Bus Tour with river boat cruise recommended was simply perfect for us and will always be a great day to remember :)

My girlfriend and I were looking for a day trip/tour of London. Neil was a tremendous help, he asked us what we were looking for and tailored a day trip to our interests. In addition he later contacted us to offer great restaurant and evening entertainment options too! We had a wonderful time thanks to his help and can definitely recommend his services to anyone visiting London!

I highly recommend itwhen we went to collect our bags the weather was very rainy , the store owner helped us he gave us bags for our groceries that were affected by the rain and went out to stop a taxi for usAlso the check in / out was very easy and smooth

The London Visitor Centre is definitely a place you should stop by and visit, especially if you are an international tourist. Neil and his family were so accommodating to me. They were just kind people. They ensured that I was accommodated and really made my visit an awesome one. Further, the gifts I bought from the store were of excellent quality. My sons loved the Oxford University sweatshirts. Everyone loved their gifts. It’s highly recommended that you visit the London Visitor Centre.

Niel and Kiren were so kind! They had all the answers for a curious visitor, it is a must if you want good advice from a local. The gift shop was the most reasonable I've found in all of London. I've been twice this trip and hope to visit once more before I go!
