Great Customer Service!!! - My daughters Macbook was damaged and we gave it to We Repair to assess the damage. It was going to cost a fair bit to replace the screen. So we went through the home insurance instead. However, We Repair were brilliant and before handing it back to us for the insurance company to take they backed it up for my Daughter so she would not lose her precious photos. Thank you for your excellent service and I would highly recommend!!

Fantastic service at We Repair Tech! I called when they opened and asked if I could bring my playstation 5 in to be repaired. They took and repaired it the same day at a very reasonable price. They educated me in how the damage was caused and things I could do to prevent damage in the future. I am so pleased with the service that they will now be the first point of contact if anything else of mine breaks down. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family. Took item in for repair in April and was told I would be called with a quote the following week. Heard nothing so rang and was told would be called following week. Heard nothing. Now middle of June so went to collect item and take somewhere that actually does what they say. Item has buttons missing and was told that was how I brought it in. Absolute rubbish. Would not recommend and would never use againWas not advised it would take a while to source parts or that the speaker was obsolete however I did get an apology for this miscommunication and an explanation as to the man who served me was new. Decided not to return as have found a business elsewhere that can do repair and replace buttons that were lost.

See Emma - first rate and so so knowledgeable. I dropped my phone, it wouldn’t charge or switch on without the charging cable attached. Then it only worked for seconds. I’d had the battery replaced at a phone shop 6 months earlier - clearly cowboys, they hadn’t secured the connections or the battery. We Repair Tech are the place to go. They really know what they’re doing.

Having had a poor experience with another company, I turned with a degree of anxiety to another company to assist with upgrading a gaming PC by changing the CPU cooler. I can only speak in superlatives about We Repair Tech Ltd - using their Virginia Water branch Martin, Emma and the team provided fantastic service and the upgrade was handled efficiently on the promised day, and the price charged for the work was very reasonable indeed. The whole process was smooth and painless, and it was a pleasure to do business with this company. 100% happy to recommend them for PC and tech repairs and upgrades.

Martin did a great job of sorting out a very obscure problem on my Desktop which took a lot of persistence on his part. Then Emma was even more persistent tracking down what had happened to my email server company & setting up an alternative.Highly Recommended!
