Absolutely first class service, they say that you only get what you pay for, well I’ve got to say I tried in-depth as they were coming up as the most reasonable price and the service I received was amazing, they got my hot tub up and running in no time, very fast and efficient Paul and his team were nothing but professional and friendly to!!! Amazing service from Paul! We were over the moon to find a reliable hot tub engineer who we could call on when we had a problem. We will definitely be using In-Depth Spa Solutions in the future for our business as Paul was able to visit us quickly to diagnose and fix our problem. Paul did an incredible job he found the problem and the pumps were overheating due to not having any ventilation holes so he advised me to put some in which I did but the pumps were to far gone. He replaced them both at what I thought was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend in depth spa solutions.Once again ty Paul
