Stagecoach in Swindon

Drivers are very friendly and helpful. Bus app is usuless as shows the bus number 10 on time and confirm and suddenly they has cancelled this bus. Joke

Most of the the time No.7 highworth bus drivers have been smashing and very polite, very courteous to the old and disabled passengers waiting for them to be seated before pulling off. But not today the driver on the No. 7 @15:19 Fro Tesco octal way me and my disabled service user got on the bus and while we walked on the bus before we got to the seated area of the bus the driver just pulled off, before we where seated my service user went flying. The driver refused to give me his name he was rude and arrogant. We did not feel safe on the bus today

Worst bus service ever. Shame we still have this kind of bus service. Never turned up on time. Need to wait 30 to 60 minutes to catch a bus. Hate this time wasters. Very disappointing.Need immediate attention from someone responsible. Otherwise I assume those reasonable people also time wasters.I have been travelling all over the world. Believe me this is the worst service. WORST!!!!!

Today on Friday 17 of March the bus is number 4 was 15:27 in Tadpole bus stop instead 15:41,so I'm waiting with two babies another 25 minutes. I understand maybe 2-3 minutes differents from timetables, but not 14 minutes ahead then schedule. Really dissapointed.Today 22 of Aprile at 7:51 bus not presented us well in Tadpole , so we are waiting another 30 minutes for the next one, but after 30 minutes at 8:21 bus is not presented at well, what's wrong with this bus number 4 and this company???? If I could give 0 I wood. My poor two babies was take a cold almost 1 hour waiting for the bus number 4 at Tadpole!!!!!!Extremely dissapointed.After two months nothing chance, today 25 of May bus number 4 was not presented again at 16:26 and 16:46 at Tadpole ,absolutely disappointed!!Today 20 of September bus number 4 again not presented at Orbital at 19:04 to go in Tadpole.We are waiting for another bus under the rain with two kids. Really dissapointed.Today 4 of November at 17:51 bus was not presented in Tadpole Cross and 18:21 bus number 4 was late for 10 minutes, so we wait with 2 babies in cold 40 minutes. Really disappointed!!!!!22 of November at 17:10 bus was not presented again in Tadpole Cross.At 11 of December bus was not presented at The Dolphin stop to go to Tadpole at 16:33.Really disappointed.

It's fine. Not the most reliable service. With buses not turning up or constantly late

My son lost his wallet, so today I called and spoke to Ben, who luckily for me is probably the most helpful friendly person who works for stagecoach

I was here in Swindon for a day for an exam with my friends. We were waiting at the bus station and it was hard for us to find the exact bus to get to our destination. We asked many drivers where to go and find the bus.. every one gave different answers!!!! and we were so confused. But then we met Mr Mohammed the driver of Bus No 10, who was very kind to listen to us and even asked us about our journey and he dropped us at the exact place we wanted to go. We also had a problem with our ticket and he was kind enough to ask about it in the office. I am not a review writing kind of person but I just wanted to thank Mr Mohammed in some way❤️. He made our day more brighter. Will never forget what you have done for us today.. Thank you so much.

Bus service is disgusting never on time or cancelled.Drivers come back to bus at the time it's supposed to leave not before. E.g the nber 10 is supposed to leave the bus station every 20, 40 and 00 but drivers don't arrive at bus until those times so always leaving 5 mins late

Timing of buses getting worse and worse. Highworth timetable shows 5 buses should have shown up since my partner finished work and absolutely none have! He's currently stuck in the rain utterly freezing (I can't drive to pick him up) waiting for buses that never show! Apparently buses have been so poor for the last few months but this is taking the Mickey now! He's been stood in the pouring rain for over an hour (there's no shelter, just a sign post)

Today my morning bus did not turn up and coming home the bus driver just refused to open the door despite me stood there and just drove off. This is a rural bus service and so has a limited timetable as it is. This just all adds to an even more restricted service!
