Clarion Cars SsangYong

I’ve never visited Clarion cars, but I’m getting increasingly annoyed with the way they park their vehicles on residential streets for days on end when there is clearly space on their forecourt or the abandoned garage across from their property. Here are 2 photos of their cars at 23.48 at night ( not customers cars as stated in the reply ) I regularly see the mechanics parking cars down our congested roads.

I have used Clarion Cars for several years now and have found them very professional when carrying out services, MOTs, and repairs. They keep you informed throughout the process.

My dealings with Clarion in particular with Tom have been excellent. From initial enquiry to the day I collected my new car ( which was my second from Clarion) customer service and support was first class. We drove over an hour to visit Adam at this dealership because of how professional he sounded on the phone (so says the wife) and I am so glad we did. Nothing was too hard for him to do for us. Made is feel at home in his showroom and despite having a vibrant 7 year old touching everything in sight he was cool calm and collected. Needless to say we signed on the dotted line then and there. Few days later Adam was there to greet me at collection and didn't disappoint with his usual top level customer service, but lets be fair, any garage is pleasant when things go right. A day after getting home we saw a small issue on the car, you guessed it, Adam to the rescue.... had it sorted without a blink. Package ordered and will be posted to us. As someone who has spent many years in customer service and even car sales, I can spot the genuine article when I see it, and Adam is it. Thanks Clarion Cars for making an excellent choice in hiring Adam, hope he gets a huge bonus this year. lol. (for the record, they didn't even ask us to leave a review like most places do). Only wish they were closer so we could do all the servicing with them too.

Excellent service. I've just had the pleasure of purchasing my new car from Clarion and it was a very easy and pain free experience. I visited a few times before I settled on my perfect car and the service was always very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Adam, who dealt with my sale, was very approachable and delivered a 1st class service from start to finish. The car is absolutely lovely and was a fantastic deal. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service and experience. My dad bought his car from Clarion 10 years ago and it was serviced regularly here as well. Even when we were looking to sell as my dad was giving up driving, the service we received was fantastic. Honest, reliable, caring and willing to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend Tom and the sales team plus everyone else who works there! A really unique place.
