Came to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted. Lady was pleasant however, didn’t ask me what shape I wanted or what colour tint I would like; considering I have fair skin and dark hair so she wouldn’t have known if I hadn’t of told her.Not much conversation during the treatment, more me telling her how I’m making the most of my time off being child free!Waxing and colour application fine however; when it came to the threading there was a lot of snagging which was starting to hurt so I was glad when it was over.The whole treatment took around 10 mins and I feel she didn’t leave the dye on long enough to take. Therefore my eyebrows are not as dark as I would have liked.Wouldn’t mind but £16 quite a lot to pay for 10 minutes work and not the outcome I hoped for.

Awful experience, I used to come here weekly. However standards have really slipped and I won’t be coming back! The lady a women who stated that she had 23 years experience and trained her sister (who is actually good and friendly) was rude and paid no attention to me in the chair. It doesn’t matter how many years experience you have if you are talking and not looking at the person you are performing a treatment on. She left lots of stray hairs that I asked her to tidy up but again as she was not listening and pre occupied decided to add shape to my brows which is something I specifically said I didn’t want. On top of that when I stated I wasn’t happy she walked off and her sister had to try and fix her shabby work. To make matters even worse their card machine didn’t work and I had to be taken to the shop around the corner. Normally this is where the sister of 23 years works so I’d probably avoid there too. I was told on my next visit it would be free of charge how ever still charged for this awful experience. I asked for a manager as I was told there wasn’t one.

Eyebrow threading, no consultation or discussion about what I wanted. Asked if i wanted tinting twice (no) and face threading (no). £8 is an acceptable price. Custoner care poor, chatted to her colleague or friend in another language not talkiang to me at all.Full manicure £25 with nail varnish. Painful with cuticle tool. Filed in both dorrctions too close to skin. Messy varnish apllication. Rough massage, felt like she is untrained and has learned by doing. Not relaxing, poor result. I will be taking ng off the varnish.

Hadn't been for a while. Felt my eyebrows needed abit of shape so got them threaded. They always create a lovely shape but I do feel they're too thin when I asked her not to make them too thin.

These guys just ripped off my daughter, completely over charged and when challenged, lie through their teeth. Hide behind bad English. Only booked as last minute requirement before holidays. Don’t touch with a barge pole. No wonder they have a low ranking. I will be visiting in person to get a few quid back. Daughters have Dads, they would do well to remember that when they feel like ripping off young customers. Not only that my daughter said the leg wax was poor and has missed loads.

Very unfriendly service from the eyebrow and lash station in the priors. Have been going for many years but recently has been a different lady. First time she made me bleed, thought I would give her the benefit of the doubt and decided not to mention the previous bad experience, this time after being extremely surly bordering on rude she took a chunk out of my eyebrow. Such a shame after many years of positive experiences goes to show how a bad employee can damage a business

I got my eyebrows and body wax done here .I'm very very satisfied with their work. I went there 3 or 4 time and want to go again and again.

Mausami has fixed my eyebrows which were in a really bad shape for past 10 years. A lovely human being and other staff like Sonia are also highly recommended. This is the magic place for eyebrows!!

100% recommended beauty salon in leamington sp as I have done some beauty services from here today which were very amazing. I really inspired by the way of services and the behaviour of staff as they are very friendly and polite.
