We went there with a BOC empty Balloon gas cylinder for a refill. The cylinder was bought from ebay.I have never seen an unfriendly and arrogant salesman like Mr J Hawthorn Crawley. We told him that we are new to this branch and bought a cylinder from ebay, showed him transactions, but he behaved with us like we were thieves. And at the end of the conversation he kept our Cylinder by saying that it is a property of BOC.When we asked him to help us with a new purchase, he refused and ask us to call BOC.
