Vince is an excellent yoga teacher who explains each move and its purpose as well as offering variations on movements for those at different levels. It's a really welcoming yoga group!

Vince is an awesome teacher - can highly recommend his classes. I think he has struck the perfect balance between a yoga practice that stretches you physically and one that feels spiritual and meaningful at the same time :)

As a novice I was looking for an instructor that knew their stuff, was in touch with the spiritual side but wasn't pushy with it and not disappearing up their own back end. Vince ticks all those boxes and the class is perfect for all levels and is very welcoming.
