Emma is welcoming and friendly. Her classes are always fun, enjoyable and cater for absolute beginners to the very experienced. I have been attending her classes for just over a year and have noticed big improvements in my posture, strength and mobility. Only my balance to go now !

I have only recently started Pilates leaving it far later in life than perhaps I should have. Emma has been extremely welcoming as has the rest of the class. The sessions are very enjoyable and even though the nights are dark and depressing I go home with quite a spring in my step and feeling relaxed. Fabulous class, fabulous instruction, fabulous exercise.

Emma is just the best xx She is very welcoming and I look forward to her class each week. She allows you to choose the level you are comfortable with and is always on hand to help to ensure movements and postures are correct. If you are carrying any injuries Emma will always explain how to approach the movements and give great advice to help fix any issues. Overall she is an inspiration and would thoroughly recommend her classes. You will not leave disappointed.
