Neil is a lovely guy who really knows his stuff. Diagnosed a problem with my Audi in seconds and then fixed it for about half the price that he quoted. Highly recommend!

Excellent service.Job priced in advance and Neil insisted on sticking to this price despite the job taking longer than expected.Have owned my S4 for a number of years and at last appear to have found a knowledgeable independent Audi specialist.Definitely recommended.

Got my car in to be seen on the same day, changed the clutch and even kept the old one to show what went wrong. Found other issues but there was no pressure to have these done.5 weeks on and the clutch is still going strong!thank you

I took my S4 in for repairs when I had issues with the cooling system, Neil and Steve quickly diagnosed it as a thermostat problem. As soon as they knew the delivery date for the part they gave a call and got me booked in and sorted me out with a courtesy car while the works were carred out. Despite the works taking more hours than anticipated they stuck to the original price, they talked me through all the repairs and showed me the broken part they had replaced. Very professional and I would be happy to use them again.

Had an issue with my ten year old VW polo, spoke to VW in Bristol and Bath and they wouldn’t help till February next year. I rang four circles on Wednesday the 13th December and they let me stop by 2pm the same day with no hesitation… Neil helped identify the issue and 3 days later resolved the issue. Will be recommending this garage to everyone I know as far better service than Volkswagen themselves and a far better price.Thank you again for all your help and getting me back on the road and back to normal a day before my birthday and this Christmas period when others wouldn’t.
