Excellent service. Fixed my printer on a 'no-fix-no-fee' basis. Paid £35 deposit which is returnable if they don't fix it. Quick turnaround as well, got a call to collect it the next day. Great all round really as I hate installing new hardware and software as it always takes time to get used to the new user interfaces and there are often 'connectivity' issues

sent my pc in 2 weeks ago with no power on and originally dram led on with no picture took it here to be fixed and now it works perfectly with new parts and they even upgraded my case for me (not free of charge but still nice not to have to do it myself) i was worried that since i built this rig myself they might not know whats wrong but they were in contact telling me every step of the way what was happening with my system thanks for your help!!

I have used Swanley Computers for repairs on my Desk Top Computer and my Laptop. Knowing absolutely nothing about computers myself, I contacted Jeremy at Swanley Computers and he had both machines working fully for me in no time at all. He was very kind and patient explaining everything to me, and I feel confident knowing I have his number, as and when I may need help again. I would highly recommend Swanley Computers.

My wife had some old VHS videos of our children in their younger years. Jeremy and his team transferred everything onto a USB stick bringing the memories back. A great job. Would highly recommend their services

Once again the guys at Swanley Computers have got my laptop up and running again. The problem this time was a failing hard-drive. They sourced a new affordable alternative drive (my machine is over 5 years old, so not worth going for top-of-the-range), installed it fixed a couple of Windows bugs and I had it back within the week. They explain things clearly and have helped with suggestions for other software I want. Highly satisfied.

The result was a vastly improved computer achieved at very moderate costs. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable, giving valuable suggestions as to what could be achieved for my budget. When I have needed upgrades to my PC, they have always been exactly what I needed - worthwhile upgrades that solved problems.Solutions have been inexpensive, and I have never been oversold new equipment, or spares.Highly recommended.

This is a slightly odd review, in that Jeremy and the team didn't actually get around to fixing my faulty printer. This is because it wasn't actually faulty (unlike me - yup, it was a 'user error' issue...!).Regardless of this, Jeremy was helpful, still running some basic tests to be sure there wasn't anything else going on.Once he was happy that the printer was OK he sent me on my way, and flat-out refused to accept a penny for his time.Whilst I didn't get to see the full extent of the team's technical capabilities, what I did see was excellent customer service and on this basis alone, I highly recommend Swanley Computers, as such good service is hard to come by.
