Fantastic service received today the lady on the phone was so helpful. My mum is disabled and when I got there her toilet was blocked and flooding through the ceiling to downstairs. Drain was blocked outside with sewage. I phoned them think I spoke to Diane we had major problems my mum was also stuck upstairs as electrics were off with the water. They were marvellous they came to us as a matter of urgency and the boys were brilliant they got the blockage cleared and everything was cleaned up. You were first class. You all definitely saved us today. I don’t know what we’d have done if you hadn’t come so promptly. They are excellent and a good price.
