Appalling and rude customer service!

I used Evans Low Foam Heavy Floor Cleaner on my vinyl floor, and unfortunately, it made the floor extremely slippery. I had to mop the floor several times before the traction was finally restored.

From one business to another, the manners of your staff are appalling. When ringing their customer support to ask for some details of their products, the receptionist accused my 58 year old mother in law of swearing at her, to which a second member of staff also chirped up and advised my mother not to speak to her like that. We were calling to purchase your products, not to be accused and offended. You couldn't even mistake any word she said in her calm and friendly voice to come across as swearing! If I were to run my business, or my mother to run her business with staff that speak to paying customers like this, we would be bankrupt. We will now be taking our complaint further as this is not an acceptable way to treat your customers, we will also be taking our business elsewhere.

Excellent quality products, I have used Final Touch for years and it hasn't changed much (if at all), and I'm now starting to buy Evans cleaning products to replace the household brands I own because they always perform perfectly, smell better and perform to a very high standard, and they're made locally as opposed to far east imports. The prices are very reasonable as well. Owned a few bottles of lemon cream cleaner, pushing 30 years now, and they're still as good as the day I got them. Cannot recommend a better cleaning product manufacturer than EV!
