Went on a weekend trip to Alton Towers for Scarefest. Price (£139 per person when we went) was inclusive of tickets into the park on both Saturday and Sunday, and bed and breakfast at a hotel which isnt too bad - just note that if you go for this even the Scaremazes are an extra charge which you'll either have to book online or get at the park.Driver Paul was a great laugh and kept us all well informed. Coach was clean and comfy, the seats could be reclined and also extended so there's a bit more space between you and the person you're nsat next to which is great for those with a fuller figure.The only things I would say that could be improved is to use a closer hotel as it was the Leonardo at East Midlands Airport (other guests stated this wasn't the one used last year), which is around an hour from Alton Towers so we had to leave earlier to get there within Paul's driving limit - and he made sure to give us as much time as possible! It would also be useful if the expected arrival/departure times from the park to hotel were put on these bookings as that would allow you to book things like the mazes in advance but Caledonian were happy to tell me this info when I asked.Overall a great trip and will definitely be booking more adventures with them!

Just back from a 2 day break to Durham and Northumbria. It was an 5 star break. Driver John was excellent. The hotel was 5 star and the itinerary was lovely. Really enjoyed it and would recommend them. Great value for£99 each. Will be booking again soon.

My husband, my mam and I went on a Caledonian long weekend trip to the Isle of Wight recently and the driver Chris and Ray were absolutely fantastic. They made everyone feel at ease and they made us laugh. I am disabled and have problems with my legs but they made sure I got on and off the bus as safely and comfortably as possible, they also got my wheelchair off at every stop without whining and moaning (this has happened on previous trips!) I give them both five stars and hope to travel with them again.

Just on my way home from a,short break to Bosworth Hall, Birmingham Christmas Market and a stop in Stamford on the way down and Lincoln on the way home. Firstly the hotel is need of an update, it is a lovely building with a swimming pool and a spa. The bedroom was really large with everything you need from an ironing board to hairdryer. Our bathroom only had one small bath towel and one hand towel I reported this to reception but we didn't receive any additional towels till Saturday night. When we booked I was told that the bar was 99p got 3 hours every night, however this was not the case the offer was 2 for 1 mind the drink was not very good quality. The food was lukewarm but plenty of it. I gave the 4 stars because the location us beautiful, we spent a lot of time exploring the grounds.

Me&My partner booked a 2 day break in London for November for my main birthday treat, this included the show Tina Turner the musical.I believe it was good value for money asIt included bed&breakfast, travel, the show and free time in London on the Sunday.The show itself was wonderful, highly emotive and the cast talented throughout. We loved it!!The Aldywch theatre was beautiful and all staff friendly&professional.The seats we were allocated were high up and little room so may not be ideal for people with reduced mobility but had a clear view of the stage.Overall it was a busy but lovely weekend and made such lovely memories but,feel it should be organised better and more information and communication given during the trip.It would be helpful for passengers as well to be given an interinary.The show was a matinee performance and we unfortunately missed the start of the show as time was ticking on the roads were busy and lots of road closures due to it being Remberance Sunday the following day.We had to make our own way there after being dropped off in London.It would be most benefical to be dropped off as near to theatre as possible even more so if people have little/no knowledge of London or reduced mobility.

Just returned from anterton boat lift and peak steam train weekend. Brilliant. Hotel in derby was Leonardo hotel and it was 4 star. Lovely hotel. Stopped off in Bakewell on way home Coach driver was great with itinarry. Look forward to booking another trip great value for money.

Travelled to TorquayHad a fantastic weekend, stayed at the Ashley Court Hotel. John our driver was brilliant with us and very informative. The staff at the hotel were fantastic and couldn't do enough, all visitor with us were great company. Everyone made me feel welcome. Would high recommend this trip. (Friday to Monday.)
