Breached the builders codes of conductThis home builder aka as Envidia Homes, attempted to keep my partner's reservation fee without authorisation, and in breach of the consumer code for homebuilders (which they are obligated to follow). She had to pull out of her reservation, and they would not return her fee, despite repeated complaints and pointing out their clear breaches of the rules. Instead they suggested that they reserved the right to take legal action against her if she pursued a claim. She took them to Independent dispute resolution" and won her case

Avoid working for this company at all cost not to be trusted unpaid staff and sub contractors having to chase for payment don’t pay correct holiday entitlement and issue your p45 with in correct information previous employee for nine months never again
