A very nice young man at the Merthyr Tydfil store by the name of Sultan took time to try and understand what our daughter with special needs was trying to say while most of his colleagues walked away from her. Maybe he should train the rest of the staff in common courtesy. Very grateful for him. Thank you Sultan

Great selection of trainers but went to the one by Cardiff bay and some of the staff think there wannabe rappers with their trouser around there knees displaying there skidmarked pants for all to see there needs to be a dress code for shops not the arse of your trousers hanging around your knees really not a good look

Ordered a pair of shoes Sunday had to have them ordered from i store as they wasn’t in stock in the shop paid next day delivery!! And 3 days after cannot get ahold of the store as they’ve not updated their new number! And still no shoes!! Really not happy

I like the new layout. I find the place way over priced compared to online retailers but if you want some fashionable gear in a hurry, such as hats, trainers and sportswear, this is the place to go.
