I woke up to my samsung phone which was dead. I went straight to car phone warehouse having this crisis.Nina did some tech and the phone switched back on. She calmed me down as my life is on this device.She new exactly what to do.Gethin backed up everything to Google account.What amazing customer service skills they have. I can't thank these workers enough. Top class

Was helped quickly and found what I wanted with courtesy

Just went in with my son to get his first phone & waited until the one employee in the phone section was finished helping some elderly customers. Afterward, the employee goes straight to helping people who arrived long after my son & I did. He had seen us waiting for him while he had been helping out the elderly couple, so I don't understand the bad customer service. I won't be getting any phones from here!
