In the past, I was impressed by the competence and keenness to help of their irrigation specialist, Paul, who provided precious advice and supplied me with all I needed for my small-scale commercial irrigation system. More recently, I phoned to enquire about the possibility of asking some questions and purchasing some pipe fittings. I was told I could drop by. When I did, the manager was dismissive and refused to help, first claiming that they only deal with large systems
