Popular local family-run business, reliable and organised. I've never had a less than perfect outcome for dry cleaning or laundry.

You MUST update your hours on Google. I drove all the way to you only to find you have closed an hour earlier than stated. Very unprofessional.

My washing machine broke down mid wash so I took my soaking wet laundry in for a simple wash, no dry as I can hang it in the garden. The guy seemed put out that it was wash only... When I picked it up the washing was super heavy but only when I unpacked it at home discovered it was soaking wet, it had not been spun at all.I went back and the guy said the washing machines do not spin and offered to put it in the dryer. After picking up a towel and literally wringing water out of it one of the other staff came and put my laundry in a washer. I came back 30 mins later to properly spun laundry. So the washers do spin after all eh? The laundry came back smelling far from fresh, looks like no detergent was used during the wash and for this I paid £10.Needless to say, I won't be back.
