We went to Drum Depot for the first time upon recommendation by another customer a couple of weeks before Christmas. We were looking for an electric drum kit and had no idea about the various options. The team are super attentive, really helpful and knowledgeable. It was refreshing to have such great personal customer service and to have a member of staff spend considerable time with us. They went above and beyond to get a kit delivered to store for us in double quick time for Xmas and kept us updated with regular communication. Thanks team!

I manage a band who were playing at Clwb IFor Bach and were missing Floor Tom Legs. Not only was Sam super helpful on the phone but he also went above and beyond to personally deliver the floor Tom legs to the venue for soundcheck as we were running late.Massive thanks for your service. What a place! We travelled up to Cardiff to visit here and we were not disappointed. My son was looking for something specific and the guy that serves us was so helpful, friendly and gave us the most affordable options from their new and preloved stock. Very impressed with the service and my son was really chuffed with his choice of gear. Thankyou and we will definately be back.

Purchased an electric drum kit from here for our daughter today. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Being unsure of which kit to go for, they set our daughter up with what she needed to have a go on them. We didn't feel rushed to make a decision at all, their new staff member who had only been with them for a week had so much knowledge and talked us through the differences between the kits enabling us to make what feels like the right decision for us.We will be returning in future and would highly recommend to others too.
