During lockdown I have ordered several gifts online, they have been sent really quickly and the recipients have been really impressed with the packaging, gift note and gifts. I've not been to the shop yet but it looks great - can't wait to visit.

Really upset and very annoyed. I’ve been using this place for balloons for all my children’s birthdays. However on this occasion it’s not good customer service at all! Contacted them a week ago asking for some balloons for my sons birthday which is tomorrow. Said I will get from Friday which is today. I drove 40 mins to the shop, walked in, nobody there, I stand waiting for a bit, still nobody so I shout up the stairs, still nobody so had to walk out as I couldn’t wait any longer. I was there about 10 minutes waiting. I then messaged them on Facebook and Instagram explaining, someone called Claire messaged back saying “can you send me your number and I will call you” so I immediately send her my number, guess what… no call, no message but has read my messages. I tried calling the shop today also and it just rang out. So I’ve contacted another balloon company that is pretty local, they managed to put a bunch together for me. A customer that won’t be returning.

Purchased a balloon display from Tickittyboo a few yrs ago paying £40 and was really pleased with the balloon display and the service.I re ordered again this weekend. I asked for large 18th balloons with a balloon display surrounding. I paid £55 for the balloons pictured below. I was so dissapointed with the display. I messaged to voice my disappointment and was toldwe will not be replacing your order if you do not like the balloons I will call to pick them up and return your money". I was left with no display for my sons 18th birthday party that evening.Luckily another balloon shop jumped to the rescue and delivered a display within 2hrs of ordering.A very rude and unprofessional service."

Extremely poor customer service !!!I wouldn’t recommend making a purchase with Tickittyboo Gifts. I placed an order to be delivered on a particular day. I waited until late that day to ask where my order is. I have absolutely no response back. I had to track down a lady that used to work there. Via her I managed to get a message passed on from the owner to say that she had got the days mixed up and though I wanted it the following day. The order did eventually arrive the next day, however part of the order was missing, I was promised a refund however I am still waiting. The balloons also only lasted a couple of daysVery disappointed!

I got a filled balloon for my sister's 60th birthday, 4 weeks later the balloon is still inflated and still looks amazing. I have just got another one for my daughter's 18th birthday and she absolutely loves it,as do I. The colours and writing are beautiful. Would highly recommend. This is definitely my go-to place from now on for anything special. Thank.you

Booked a bouncy castle for Easter Sunday and we were not disappointed! Castle was fab, clean and safe. I ordered a child friendly suprise castle as wasn't fussed on a theme and we got a disco catle wirh in-built music player and disco lights. A true party castle.The kids absolutly loved it and we will be definitely be using bounce with boo/ Tickitty boo again.

A brilliant shop with fabulous staff. I love how Clare and the team have expanded the business to now include bell tents and bouncy castle hire, which look perfect with the awesome balloon displays that you can also get from here.They also have a great range of Jelly Cat teddies, and I can always find a card to suit every occasion- sometimes from the rude box- which is a secret gem!

Excellent product, sensible price. Very pleased

I wanted to order birthday balloons from here after seeing a set that friends had gotten a few years ago. I really wish I hadn’t bothered now. The whole process has been frustrating. First of all, nobody answered the phone for days. Eventually I tried messaging on Facebook, I did get some response, although slow. I communicated what I wanted and sent screenshots of similar arrangements, but did not get any confirmation of the order. A few days later at nearly 5pm I got a message to confirm that they would be delivered later that same day, which is ridiculous- what if I’d already arranged others by then due to their lack of response? Anyway I waited all evening, no balloons arrived, at 9pm I messaged asking about them, the message was read by someone but no response. At 8.30am the next morning I got a response saying that she would drop them off within the hour (which inconvenienced us as we had just been about to head out for the birthday outing, so had to delay that to wait for the balloons). They finally arrived, the lady didn’t really seem that bothered about any of this, just mumbled something about giving me a voucher for the inconvenience (which has never materialised) - BUT there were also some balloons missing. I stopped her as she was about to walk away and said “the star and heart are missing..” - she responded that I should message her after the weekend to remind her to put the refund through. This was on the 19th Nov, it’s now over a month later and I’ve sent 4 follow up messages in this time and still not had any refund.I can forgive a lot of things but this business is not worthy of custom at all if this is how they treat customers!! Especially for time-sensitive things like birthdays. I’m leaving this review as I want to warn others to save yourself a lot of time, money and frustration - go elsewhere! The lady I spoke to mentioned that their balloon girl had recently left, so my guess is that they are now not really motivated to do the balloon side of the business.
