The Hearing Clinic UK - Stirling

I was pleasantly surprised at the hearing clinic in Stirling. I had previously suffered several attempts at syringing my ears to no avail at the local health clinic. The district nurse said it was 'white wax' and just couldn't be removed by water.One of my neighbours had attended the hearing clinic and said they could remove wax using micro suction. As this was the method to be used at the ENT clinic in the local hospital I decided to avoid the waiting list and go straight to the hearing clinic. The wax was removed painlessly and efficiently. I then had a hearing test performed and was reassured that my hearing was more or less within the normal range.I fully intend to return to the clinic if I ever have wax problems again.

after being to the doctors a few times for unsuccessful wax removal , a friend recommended the hearing clinic . the treatment took only 15 minutes by a very professional gentleman. what a difference the treatment made. i can hear clearly now for the first time in months. iwould gladly recommend the clinic to eveyone. mrs elizabeth mcneil

Looked online for some info and found everything I needed, requested a call back for some more info and was contacted the very next day by a friendly lady at the Glasgow(I think) branch!! She was very knowledgeable and genuinely listened to my concerns and have some superb advice, she sorted me out with an appointment. Unfortunately I couldn't make the appointment and had to cancel, they were very understanding and catered for me around my day to day life. Highly recommended*I recently went to review stirling hearing clinic but I had to go whilst writing it, for some reason it went up as a 3 start rating... This place is 5 stars all day every day. Hopefully Google can remove the 3 star rating.

Was very satisfied with the service, I had never been before and felt the instructions on how to get there and park were pretty straight forward and I felt at ease when I got into the appointment room, the woman that done my car was very helpful and nice, nothing hurt and was a satisfying experience, I couldn’t recommend more

I found the hearing clinic & their staff, very professional & informative from the first point of contact.I was suffering from a blockage in my right ear. I could hardly hear from it. I had it syringed but it made no difference.I attended the clinic after reading about their hoovering process. They identified I had a plug formed from wax. The removal of it was very comfortable & painless.The difference to my hearing was incredible.I would recommend this process to anyone suffering as I did, or even if you just want to clean your ears.

Glad I booked an ear wax removal at The Hearing Clinic - I can now hear perfectly. I had a build up of wax and it caused ringing in my ears, and dull hearing. After a simply micro suction procedure I can now hear clearly and no ringing. I also had my hearing tested. Well worth the visit and wish I had done it sooner.

The service at the Stirling hearing clinic was excellent. Friendly fast and certainly got my hearing back to what it should be with the microsuction treatment. I would definitely recommend their services and would definitely use again. Thank you so much Stirling hearing clinic.

My third visit to the Stirling clinic was as satisfying as ever. It's a bonus to be able to see the before and after results of the ear cleaning procedure.

Outstanding customer service from Stephen and Zoe was made available when my hearing levels suddenly dropped. I phoned in to ask for advice and they were doing a full hearing check on me within 3 hours in the clinic. They printed out the results and told me to give these to my GP. The following day I started on steroid treatment to treat the possible SSNHL infection in my inner ears. If the treatment had been delayed I may have lost my hearing completely. Thank You Very Much.

App for wax removal, was taken in exact time. Young lady explained procedure and carried it out expertly.Very satisfied. Will cultivate wax for next visit.
