To be honest not even worth 1 star. Absolutely impossible to get appointment some of us work and need to pre book appointments and they will bot allow this. I am driving to work at 8am and I do not work in Luton. The staff so rude and totally uncooperative. Absolute shower

Without a doubt the worst doctors I've ever been with.If having to ring multiple days on the trot at bang on 8am before work to even stand a chance at getting an appointment wasn't bad enough..I was told my seizure wasn't actually one and was from toilet straining, even though my 13 year history of epileptic seizures was on the screen in front of her.So I know she was trying to fob me off right off the bat before even looking at the notes or assessing me, it's the opposite of caring for someone's health and it's quite obvious they are routinely trying to trivialize people's genuine concerns about their health.

Haven't been able to get an appointment here in the last 3 years..Staff have attitude when you get through and tell you there's no more appointments left.Trying now for a non serious sports injury, being able to book in for a few days ahead would be great..

Absolutely appalling. Called around 17:00 to ask a every simple question, still waiting at 18:30. The phone eventually starting to ring but no one answered. I was obviously put through to a dead line and when I called back the surgery is now closed. They should be ashamed.

I am extremely grateful to the NHS firstly. I have been seen by amazing drs here however after being unable to get through for a recent appointment I called 111 and was advised email had been sent to GP because I needed to be seen. Called surgery and very abrupt and rude receptionist said there are no appointments, explained 111 advise was to see GP on that day but still was told no. I have been unable to see a GP and when I sent an email I was told to ring the surgery but they fail to mention you either can't get through it if you are lucky enough to get through there are no appointments! I won't even mention having to ring 54 times so my daughter could be seen. Things have really got bad!

Staff needs to be more polite and responsible. First they confirm they got a prescription - then fail to deliver and it happens all the time plus its for the elderly vulnerable patientCan't wait to switch practice!

I'm not sure Kingfisher Practice, Luton deserves even a single star rating. If you need an appointment, call 8AM on the dot. If you are unlucky and missed the mark of 8am, you will not get an appointment for that day - and yes, you can't pre-book the appointmentI'm still with them, since 2015 hoping things will improve but no signs so far! I had repeated blood tests and checks many times but no major issues according to practice. But luckily, I've seen by a good doctor once who referred me to specialist in L&D. There in hospital they found a whole host of problems, and literally all my vitals, BT results were lot bad and need immediate medical attention. So, if anyone reads this posting - keep trying, if you are lucky enough to be seen by the best doctor available in surgery you will be satisfiedand finally NHS is still one of the best in the world and I'm grateful for that, thank you.

I have been having regular B12 injections now for a number of years. During this time I have been told so many times the importance of not being a day or two late. This time it was due on the 21st Nov but when I tried to make an appointment I was told I would have to wait until the 9th. Dec. !7 days later. I am a Cancer patient who had intensive Cyberknife radiotherapy a few weeks ago which really knocks you about and having to wait that long for my B12 really does not help.
