We engaged Meredith Helpful Surveyors in relation to a house purchase in London. John was very responsive and conducted the inspection and delivered the report quicker than we expected. The survey itself was informative, thorough and clear with illustrative photographs throughout; we found it reassuring for our house purchase. We would recommend!

Starting with a positive, John was responsive and quick with his report.But that's where is starts and ends. John was extremely rude and impatient when I gave him a call to ask a few questions about the report. Given how much I paid him it's amazing he would get any business.2/5 - would not recommend. Only nudging him up to 2 because he was responsive.More like Meredith Unhelpful surveyors.

Comparatively speaking, the price is reasonable and affordable ，especially strong responsiveness. We made an appointment on 4th, then surveyors worked on 5th and will make result report on 6th. The surveyors are working hard and responsible.

A seasoned professional advised us flatly that, for our survey: “we would find none better”. They were right.We have since needed MHS’s help on several occasions now. Though in heavy demand, John made space to fit us in and attended the sites promptly. Comprehensive accurate reports followed at the same pace. Very happy to recommend John Meredith's homebuyers survey. We shopped around for a while and he was by far the most responsive with regards to wait time, and the report was received within 24 hours of the survey being done which exceeded our expectations.
