Excellent customer service. Car was collected on time and returned 5 hours later fully serviced, cleaned and polished inside and out. A million times better than the dealer who last serviced it.

Excellent service to my van,excellent front desk staff friendly and polite.Only took a couple of hours,compered to 10 hours at Pullman Durham.

Bought a used Vauxhall Astra from this dealership. Louis was the person that helped. He worked really quickly to make sure the MOT was done in time for me to come up from London at such short notice. Good customer service and very happy with my car. Got a good deal.

Nice range of vehicles but no one came out to see if they could help

Two weeks to diagnose a fault, now into the third week and only a possible solution, master technicians £80+ per hour , this cannot possibly be justified, no response to emails for three days, I am self employed and now have lost hundreds of pounds in down time , staff are always courteous and polite but do not seem to have any thought for the stress and frustration caused by their actions or lack of them !!!. I’ve no idea how they sleep at night . Very disappointing.

Excellent service received today, had work done today on my L200, Croxdale quoted me £100 cheaper than the next nearest competitor and all of the staff in particular Rachel were excellent would definitely recommend and will use again.

Had a problem under warranty which I first went in over 1 year ago and I've not been updated after months and months of me chasing. Get fobbed off everytime you ring. Still no further forward. Worst customer service I've ever received! Stay clear

My wife and I were looking for an SUV, and there is a very good selection in the Croxdale showrooms.Michael Beattie listened to our needs for the vehicle and recommended the Mitsubishi Eclipse 3, which has proved to be an excellent choice! He is always very pleasant and very helpful, and he made things easy for us, as well as making a good showroom cuppa!

Having just bought a 12 month old Mitsubishi we drove from South Shields to Croxdale Mitsubishi as this was the closest service dealer to us.Gary at the front desk was very polite and helpful throughout. We needed to purchase a spare wheel kit, and we also had a problem with the rear view mirror. I had accidently pulled the mirror from the main housing and it was left hanging in mid-air, making it virtually useless for viewing. Three people had tried previously to restore the mirror to its rightful position - and failed. All weekend I had visions of having to pay quite a lot for the repair due to the complications of re-fitting it. Whilst I was placing the order for the spare wheel kit Gary asked Aidan to look at it for us. Although he had never fitted this type of mirror before he had this one refitted back where it belonged in minutes. What a relief. A massive thank you to Aidan. Both Gary and Aidan are a credit to the company. So glad we chose to visit Croxdale Mitsubishi. Pencilled in to have all our services done here from now on.

Just an off the cuff vehicle enquiry but the staff spoken too were really helpful and not pushy. Which for me would make me a return customer. Jordan was very helpful.
