The idea was to get ourselves ready for the new MEES legislation and also to see if we could or should upgrade our windows. The surveyor arranged all the appointments with the tenants and had them carried out with no fuss. We got our reports back in just a few days, along with a couple of quotes for our windows via London EPCs partners.
