very bad. does not provide towels. does not change the bedding set. does not clean the rooms. we were asked if you could bring a clean towel. promised to bring but no action

I’m very grateful to Zahid who gave over and above customer care to a woman who hasn’t booked accommodation and needed a room for two nights. He was very helpful and I cannot thank you him for everything he did for her. The room was immaculate and the house warm. Highly recommend his place and excellently located.

Good location. They have their own parking spaces at the backyard. Very safe. We have booked two rooms at ground floor. Very quiet and clean rooms with 4 comfortable beds. Besides, there is a common dining room for our 2 bedrooms. Have privacy. There is not only a coop (supermarket) but also a fish and chip shop (take away only) within one minute walking distance. We can buy our breakfast and dinner very easily. What a wonderful stay at a reasonable cost.

Quite in the outscourt of Oxford, the guest House is very well serviced by the buses.The room was nice, however being on the ground floor and right on the main road with the traffic lights next to it, with only the heavy curtains, during the day it felt a little uncomfortable to have them open feeling the eyes on us all the time from those outside at times snooping.The room was clean and warm.Quite pricey and no breakfast included for that much, we were not very impressed by it.The landlord was nice.Shame as it has a lot of potentials

I'm not sure how it could be worse. I love a cheap stay and have low expectations, so I'm not used to being disappointed. Reeked of cigarette smoke, filthy bathroom with crusty black mold - the kind you can wipe off, not the inevitable kind - so it hadn't been cleaned for weeks (shower mat was piss-soaked, had hair, broken glass, and glitter in it). After a night with the windows wide open and an air freshener from Boots, we left, because the smell hadn't changed and it was soaking into our clothes. The manager wasn't answering the phone, and wasn't on the property, so I doubt he even noticed we weren't there for the full 3 nights.

The rooms where well arranged. Although the bathroom seemed like it wasn't well cleaned before letting new guests stay there.

Stayed here for the Ella Henderson concert last year. Very loud and at 1am we just nodded off when someone decided to ring the doorbell! Not ideal. To top it off in the morning there was no hot water so couldn't have a shower. Wouldn't stay again.

A little bit to noisy. Wi-fi doesnt work. When I came here nobody was - 2pm - house was locked, I found one of staff member who finally helped me ... But room was large and comfortable. Price was nice as well and a good location close to bus stops to city centre.

Pleasantly surprising.Not much to look at outside, and no staff on site as far as we saw.But inside it's gorgeous, and very clean. Staff really accomodating over the phone. Comfiest beds I've ever had in a hotel (super firm mattress)The only real niggle was that we had booked for 3 single beds, but had a single and a small double. But overall a really nice stay. Far exceeded my expectations given the very cheap price.
