Bromley South railway station

I would love to thank all the staff for there support over the past 8 weeks!My partner was in Kings so I used the train everyday, and on my down days the ticket office people, the barrier men Titch" your a star !!! the platform men and women helped me get through what was a really hard time for me - they all saw a need and gave me such support. When the train was not running they made sure I new how to get to Denmark Hill by bus etc. I would have been lost and lonely but for there smiley faces every day. My bank card wouldn't allow me to touch in after already using it for on a bus and my oyster account stating ready for travel. I spoke to the blonde oldish lady at the counter after explaining the above. And she repeated 3 times she doesn't deal with oyster or contactless. She was a much help as a machine, and with customer service at this level you can understand why they would lose their jobs. To add there wasn't a que of people behind. This is my first complaint because of the fact the unhelpfulness of staff at the station. If you can't help people you aren't going to be needed in the future!

This place gives me nightmares

Trying to get through the entrance gates and the staff are leaning all over them so there is no place to comfortably pass through at a distance. Honestly would be awkward in normal times, but in Covid, what on earth are you doing guys. I hope management can read and address this, pretty poor.

Fast train to Victoria :)

Frequent trains with a good variety of destinations but poor station
