They sent me a faulty product and then never picked it up, no matter what, I had to take 3 days of to wait at bome. They lied to me and to ebay to stop me getting a refund. I am currently investigating this with the delivery company.It was my hard earned nearly 400£ which they had no problem to take but they lost a possible long term customer this way. Worst company ever.

I ordered 36 pieces and the package had 12 pieces. I sent back via DPD. To this day I have not received the goods or a refund!!!

Delivery was damaged in transit and had to keep calling to get it resolved and still waiting for replacements after 3-4 weeks. Spent a lot of time on the phone trying to sort it out which is time I don’t have as a small business owner

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!Customer service is non-existent! Staff are incredibly rude laughing at the fact that I am losing out on £260 of my hard earned money absolutely disgusting !!I wish I read the reviews on this company before ordering it seems everyone has the same issue!Do not buy from this company my machine went faulty within 6 months and didn’t respond to my emails and then dragged out there responses to get out of the warranties.I sent my machine back for repair and they damaged it in house then sent replacement which was also damaged so I asked for a full refund like I am entitled to and was offered a new machine with no warranty and are now ignoring all emails!!!! AVOID!!!!!

I have read some negative reviews about the company. Here is mineI ordered a heat press after a couple of weeks it developed a fault. I emailed the company and within 2 days I have picked up a replacement machine. I have nothing but praise for the people I have dealt with. Pleasant polite and very helpful.Keeping in mind they are retailers not manufacturers. They take the can for other peoples mistakes. So don't blame them!I would highly recommend using them. Great service

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !!! Almost always they send wrong items and do everything they can to not exchange for the correct ones. The last time I bought something from them, I bought 10 pieces with a star cut and they sent me… snowflake cut. I didn't complain because the items were just intended for a print and quality test and the cut was irrelevant. Then I decided to buy 500 units of the item, but I ended up opting for the snow flake cut because I concluded that it would be easier to use my designs. This time they sent me… 130 stars and 370 snowflakes. This time I contacted them to make the exchange and immediately I received an automatic confirmation email and a processing number. But the main problem starts here. THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOES NOT EXIST. They only answer you once a week (usually on Monday). This means that IT TOOK 3 WEEKS TO SEND ME THE CORRECT ITEMS and I was out of stock for 3 weeks!!!

My husband bought a heat press in March! And we never saw the machine, it went trough costumes and even we paid twice they still returned it to the uk. Well now the worse is yet to come, so all we paid was more than 700£ we still waiting for our money to be refunded. This was in March!!! I’m losing my patience with them .. I send emails everyday but no reply and phone doesn’t even go through.I’ll find legal advice in this, because it’s already been too long, and they don’t even answer me.Worse company ever!!!!!!

Whilst the seller seemed pleasant he sent me a broken fan and the box it arrived in was in tact I was thrilled as I started building it until I took the motor out it casing was cracked and motor hanging out and it’s cost ME £6.96 to return it ??????

Tried to place an order as a repeat customer. Rang them to ask how to update details. They sent me an email requesting info that I replied to within 8 minutes. Heard no response. Forwarded the email again the next business day and still no response. Next day I gave up and set up a new account and placed my order. Arrived the next day in 2 separate shipments, no tracking info provided and delivered short. Tried to contact them and they told me to send an email. This went ignored as they have a generic email address that no-one seems to bother checking the inbox. Tried ringing them and after 30 minutes eventually get through. I am then told that it is too late to ship the short items that day - because Signzworld don't respond to emails or answer the phone. I was away for the weekend so replacement part turns up on Tuesday. Don't get chance to set the new machine up until Saturday. Working well Saturday and Sunday. Monday, left head will not heat up, call sales as it the only extension that is answered and was told an email would be sent to technical and marked as urgent to be responded to same day. It's now 19.20, no email and now the other head won't heat up. 2 days the machine has worked after being messed about trying to get it in the 1st place. Manager likes to make promises that she doesn't keep and blames other people. Service is non-existent and goods are faulty. Steer well clear!

Ordered a tumbler press via Amazon and less than 6 months later has a fault- told to purchase another 20oz skinny tumbler element costing nearly £60- sent the standard 20oz element completely the wrong size,price and even labelled as the size of the shorter element. Thought it was a genuine mistake so I returned and ordered again only to receive the incorrect element AGAIN. Customer service non existent and takes about 3 days to reply on Amazon. Absolute joke of a company to deal with and shouldn't even be selling anything. Buyer beware
