Our cats have been staying here ever since I was young and it's good to know they're always in good care when we go on our own holidays. Penny is always looked after very well and we never worry about her during her stay

Staff friendly. Nice environment for cats. I think they like cats. They have plenty of nice outdoor space which suited Sevvy really well as he had been living on his own outdoors for 18 months before we had him. He came home happy.I can't say what is like from the cat's perspective but I think they will look after your pet really well. I am happy to take my cat back there if I have to leave him anywhere again! That's the best recommendation I can give.

They take great care of our cats, we drive nearly an hour to get here, but it's worth it for the peace of mind knowing that someone is caring for your pet as well as just keeping them safe while you're away.

Honey is very happy to have a holiday at this gorgeous cattery holiday home! This time she had to have antibiotics and her tail bathed whilst here and its so good to know we are leaving her in such loving care while we are away. It's a fabulous cattery!

My cat Eric visits the Firs cattery every time we go away. But we were abroad and trusted her judgement because this time Eric was ill and had to visit the vet. Luckily he's OK and that's because of Nicola and her staffs care and devotion.Nicola and her staff then looked after Eric even more so.If I could give 6 stars I would have done

My boy Jojo has been staying at Firs Cattery for the last 17 years and settles so well there. It’s a home away from home. I’m shaw he feels like one of the family.I would like to thank Nicola and her team for the wonderful work they do to offer such a quality service so I can leave my boy in their capable hands go off and enjoy my holidays. I have to say that the staff here were completely wonderful; they were helpful and compassionate, and even accommodated us picking our cat up after our travel arrangements were delayed. They obviously take good care of the animals and have been great.
