The Sander was decent, but the service was disappointing. I was told I was paying the weekend price and we agreed it was fine to bring it back after work but I got billed for double. My invoice had no itemsied prices or final cost until I queried it. We literally agreed I'd bring it back after work and pay the £15 weekend price but I was charged double.

I used the Leeds branch of Frank key tool hire around 3 weeks ago and hired a tower scaffold. They were the leading firm on price and were significantly cheaper than HSS hire and also Speedy hire, which is why I chose to use the company. The service which I received from Paul and his team was exceptional and I was particularly impressed in their handling on the branch during this pandemic. Signs were clearly displayed around the branch making it easy to understand and adhere to their policies and the staff were great in assisting me. I look forward to using Frank Key tool hire in the future and thank them for such a positive experience.

I hired an electronic wood plane with a battery. I didn't last five minutes so the guy allowed me to swap it with a cable version no problems. So I was happy with the service. Just don't bother with the battery powered plane
