Staff are rude and miserable. Very rare it had all products including sauces. Waited 15 mins for a salad bowl to be told no sauces apart from sweet onion and only meat was ham or Turkey. One of the worst subways I've been in.

Miserable staff. Took 4 of them to decide on what to do with a bag ripping. Locked the store without notice or apology. To make up for the lost time violently throwing salad into the sandwich, when sat down to eat it looked more like a bag full of moist salad with some bread on the side rather then a sandwich.Maybe only consider on off peak hours.

Just visited today. As a Coeliac I ordered the gluten free and was pleased to witness the excellent hygiene standards. The members of staff were friendly and service was exceptional... thank you.

Worst and most shoddy subway experience in my life. Staff clearly don't care or enjoy their working environment. 20 minutes from walking in to sitting down with our food and there was only 1 customer in front of us. Had to ask to make it a meal twice because the lady wasn't listening. Finally sat down to eat and the sandwiches we asked to be toasted with cheese didn't have any cheese on them. After taking them back to the counter they suggested just putting cheese on top of the sauce and salad not toasted. Asked that the sandwiches be remade and the lady had to ask multiple times what we wanted on them. Absolutely no care or apologies. Disgusting, shall not be using this place again.

Popped into subway at Kingswood for our lunch.The staff.You young man serving was well presented and very friendly. He was helpful and a very pleasant person to chat to.The shop.It’s a basic subway clean and has easy access.The food.Sadly the food was very poor. The bread was hard and definitely NOT fresh. Having paid £16 for 2 sandwiches (meal deals) I could not believe we had to throw half of the food away as the bread was as stale as it was.The salad again definitely NOT fresh.Very poor quality food considering its a subway and of course the cost.I don’t know if I would try them again or not.

This place is a joke. Made my order went to eat and it was literally dry rock hard, brought it back and told them, so they get the manager. I said if those rolls are all like that I don't mind having a different kind." She assured me that they weren't. So I have another one made

Ordered our food and been waiting over an hour for it and still not arrived, our Uber eats app was telling us it was being prepared then said someone was on there way to pick it up and then they needed to find a new driver this happened 5 time, we’ve tried to call multiply times to cancel our order and no answer don’t recommend ordering from here absolutely disgusting customer service

Love subway Kingswood. Staff are so friendly. It's ain desperate need of decorating though it's run into the ground. Shane they haven't used the lockdown opportunities to redecorate and reinvest. This would attract more people
