We have just had a set of bifold doors and window installed and couldn’t be happier with the quality of materials and standard of fitting.From an initial, speculative, call the whole team have been first rate guiding us through the options available and also being open and honest about what they couldn’t do for us when it came to listed status and the like.In every step of the way from ordering through to installation we have met wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable people who are great in helping you make your decision without ever being too pushy or ‘salesy’.The installation team were fantastic in what they did and were courteous and respectful to us and our property!Lead in times were quite lengthy but it has been certainly worth the wait!

We have used Timber Windows of Clifton on 2 recent projects and were extremely pleased with the product quality and the attentive service on both jobs. Jo was incredibly helpful and professional, advising on our best options and quoting in a timely manner. We have used them for single glazed and double glazed timber sash windows and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We ordered our new front door after a meeting in the Clifton showroom with Jo where the excellent quality of the doors and architectural ironmongery was evident. The quote and follow up amends from her and Jen were also handled smoothly.It was a big decision to move forward with an order but we were pleased with the stage payments, the reassuring visit from their surveyor and the follow up communications with Kelly & Jo. It was a long lead time but well worth it.The fitters were really efficient and persevered through horrid weather to fit the door making tweaks and adjustments to get everything lined up properly. The multi point locking mechanism feels really secure, the amount of light coming into the hallway makes a huge difference and the thermal efficiency gain is already noticeable.We absolutely love it and hope it will last for many years!

Hi Kelly/Timber Windows Team - I knew it was exciting but our windows and doors are absolutely amazeballs. The doors are insanely cool, I haven't opened them yet obviously as it is far too cold but they are so smart closed.So thank you to you, Phil, Jo, Lee, Lee, Kevin ...everybody!You are a lovely team and the product you install is lovely and well worth saving up for!Merry Christmas to all.
