One of the staff member apologised for giving the incorrect milkshake, however 1 of the female staff members had a really bad attitude when she came to see which milkshake had been given, I found her to be quiet rude actually , she clearly has no customer service and she did not seem to care or appreciate the importance of getting the order right especially when a child has food allergies! she lets your team down1⭐️ service

Food and drinks from here are sublime. The staff were kind and helpful in accommodating our requests with our order and giving us extra condiments. The vibe of the place with the lights colours and Cadillac booth (which we managed to pinch) was super cool!

We came here for one thing, and that was the pastrami sandwich from the headlines. It's an interesting thing, and while I would recommend trying it, there was a bit of a problem with consistency.The first time we had it, the meat was all stuck together and all seemed to be of the same type. It didn't taste extraordinary or special. To be frank, it was quite tough and chewy.The second time we had it, it was amazing. There were different cuts of meat with different textures, and it was tender and juicy. That was when I felt it was worth the asking price.The third time it was somewhere between the first two. Kinda stuck together and not the best texture.The pastrami sandwich is very, very filling, but I would advise getting one between two and supplementing it with smashed burgers and pizzas (which have been consistently really good).We tried the Philly cheese steak sandwich as well, but it wasn't really a Philly cheese steak. It was more of a keema sandwich, still quite nice, but not a Philly.Bottomless drinks are always nice to have (although you can end up having far too much) and the fries are decent too. Service is excellent, with friendly and helpful staff, and the interior decor is unique and sets this place apart.Overall, I'd recommend checking it out, it's definitely worth a try if you haven't already.

Visited King's Castle a number of times, the food has always been spot on, drinks are fantastic. Its always a clean place on all our visits. Milkshakes and ice cream are the best! Top 5*

Food here is amazing! A real gourmet treat. The Burgers and Pizzas are delicious, I would recommend this place for a nice family meal out together. Very spacious and clean, Everything seems to be freshly prepared. Staff were generally very friendly too!

I went there multiple times and it’s always worth it. The food is great, I have tried burgers, pizza and different types of fries and they are all very good. I particularly enjoyed the milkshake as well. Prices are also acceptable so highly recommend

Got the pastrami sandwich was a good size portion (150g) presented nicely. Pastrami was really nice. You can taste the quality but it was a tad dry i guess that's expected with this. The philly steak sandwich was one of the worst I've ever had and I'm well travelled when it comes to these it's so bad seriously should just do everyone a favour and take it off the menu. Service was good and decor and space was good. Will be back one day to try the burgers. Good luck to the business plenty of potential for this place to do really good.
