KFC London - Leicester Square
There were approximately 20 people in front of me waiting for their orders. The service is very slow and the place was dirty. Tables were not clean and the bins were full. Food was not tasty at all. The chicken fillet burger was very dry and cold, hardly any lettuce on it. I will not be coming here again.

Today I went to the store to get dinner with my husband as usual, after waiting in long queue I approached to the front counter to place my order. I ordered 10 hot wings meals and requested the staff to give me only the leg part as I do not eat the lower part of the wings due to the skin. The staff called manager told her about my request, the lady manager she refused to serve me the wings said it is not allowed she cannot do it. When I told her that I came to the restaurant every weekend and buy from here, she said they do not do it and suggested us to go another KFC, which we do not know where. I also told here anywhere I go to eat staff acknowledge my request but she said they’re franchises can not accept my request,it is the only trustable halal place in Leicester Square where we can eat before we head toward home. So we did not order and return home. We came to Woodgreen and place order for the same 10 wings the manager served me as I requested him.For your proof I have attached images of the wings and my order. It is such a shame that we had to travel all the way from Leicester Square to Woodgreen KFC to get food.

I ordered two children’s packages today without snacks and ice cream. The staff said they didn’t have any today. They lied and cheated customers. Finally, I called their general manager to come out and explain. The first mistake was to deceive customers, and the second mistake was We ate inside for us to take away. The third mistake was that I ordered Pepsi and gave me apple juice! The service attitude needs a lot of room for improvement!

It’s a kfc. Staff were helpful. If you need the toilet you need to ask for a code. Was Friday night, very busy but they were willing to help out. Atmosphere is low because it’s a fast food place.

Seems like every KFC I go into in London has security but no one to clean the tables, the upstairs was disgusting. I've added a photo of the cleanest table that I had to clean myself before we could eat.

code required to use toilets. have to nag the staff for the code. overcrowded in store. slow at preparing deliveries too. needs improvement as its in a very busy area and could probably make more money with a better management and new employees.

Went in starving after work and tried the vegan burger for the first time.Let’s say it taste better than it looks even if is very dry (they could add some sauce to give it a bit of moisture!).The service was quick even if very busy and for the price of £5.49 including regular fries (they were cold!) and a bottle of water is overall a decent value for money as it is filling.

Tried the Teriyaki Burger. Absolutely horrible. Sauce was very inconsistent. Coleslaw was covered in horrible mayo. Super thin tiny piece of chicken. Total waste of money

1 December 2023 at 20:25I simply asked for a table (which was in a disgusting condition) to be cleaned.The girl (probably Indian) annoyed, took the cards off the table and with her hand threw the crumbs on the floor (already filthy floor) without using disinfectant or some blue paper and left. Disgusting indeed

A good location for a KFC. Right opposite the Leicester Square underground station. I've never been a fan of their chips, and on this occasion they were just as bland tasted as well. The gravy sauce is horrible with no flavour. The food was prepped rather quickly. Decent seating area, but it can get crowded around the tills.
