Awful.My phone came back after a month in worse condition than I submitted it, still unfixed. The failed repair attempt seems to have voided my ability to get it fixed by my provider so I've effectively lost an expensive smart phone (and all the data on it) over a small malfunction thanks to this place.Despite writing an official complaint and visiting the store, the manager has still not contacted me to apologize or explain.I think you'd be taking a real risk getting your phone fixed here.

Excellent customer service, was nice to be offered information and a choice on approach for fixing my phone. Speedy and helpful. Could not be more happy with my lovely shiney as new phone

Took my iphone there as it would not start up after being allowed to run compltely flat for a few days, left it with the guy who cleaned out the charger hole and charged me£10, but the phone still did not work. Later at a friends suggestion I put the phone on a high capacity charger and it came back to life. Surely they should know this trick being a fone shop. So I am a bit disappointed as my next stop was going to be a trip to the Apple store in Sotan, Basically a waste of time that cost ten quid

Absolutely fantastic service. Cheaper than a lot of places for a replacement iPhone screen, and quick turnaround to boot - 40 minutes or so.

Pathetic and really f*****g service. phone doesn't work after repair, void my apple warranty too.
