Thought there was a problem with my tyre sealant- turns out it was a valve issue, fixed almost immediately and was told to just put some cash in the charity box! Unlike some other bike shops in Poole, they are very welcoming and understanding of people who aren't so knowledgeable with bikes or have low end bikes. Will buy my next bike from them purely because of their attitude.

I would highly recommend Cycle Paths. I have used their services twice recently. And on both occasions they did the work on my bike without charging me. Many other companies would have taken advantage and charged me I'm sure would always use them from now on.

A great cycle shop, called in early Saturday needed gear cables changed on my old Dawes bike , they had lots of work on ( a good sign) very busy but got the job done and collected it late afternoon and at a very reasonable price and gave me a useful appraisal on the condition of my bike. Excellent service all round , very knowledgeable and skilled in what they do ....the only place to go

I came because a (suppose) puncture in my bike and wasn't that, so they sort out my problem with all attention !!! They are very helpful and has a lot of nice bikes to sell (a lot on sales too)I highly recommend them!

Simply outstanding. Bought a bike here a couple of years ago which my daughter has now outgrown, and part exchanged it today for a new bike. Super friendly customer service, gave me a good price for the old bike, even swapped over the stand from the old bike to save me money, and offered to drop it off to save me collection. What more could you ask for! And if that wasn’t enough, replaced the inner tube and rim tape on my son’s punctured MTB tyre at the same time but wouldn’t let me pay!! Couldn’t have been better.
