Paws Galore Pet Sitters

I just moved to London and had to leave my 2 cats alone for a few days in a new apartment. I wanted to know they weren't going to have anxiety. Cats get anxiety so easily. Happily, I contacted Paws and had immediate attention to my needs and a lovely lady that cared for them while I was gone. Extremely personal and warm service. As a cat behaviorist and loving cat caregiver, I would absolutely recommend them!

These guys are absolutely fantastic. I've been using them for the past few months and they are always reliable, easy to contact, friendly and flexible - even at short notice! My dog loves his walker, and I am so lucky to have found them. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

My 3rd time using Paws Galore and as usual they provided an excellent service! Kacey couldn't be more accommodating in arranging care, even at short notice. Phoebe our cat sitter is lovely, keeping me up to date with how the cats were doing. Overall, I cannot recommend them highly enough, very caring and trustworthy and making going away a much more relaxing experience knowing my fur babies are in good hands!

We've used paws galore a few times now for travel. Every pet sitter that has visited has been excellent. They are attentive and follow instructions, while also being lovely people who are kind to animals. Administration is easy and nice to work with.

It was the first time we had a dog sitter and it was for a week which is quite a long period. Everything went very well, both Kacey's help and support on organising everything and Kam who has been very diligent taking care of our dog and sending us updates and pics during our absence. Thank you!

I have trusted Paws Galore with looking after my two cats (and the one before) for around 7 or 8 years now. They are very reliable and trustworthy and I would certainly recommend them. My cats are very well looked after and have come to know and love Becky in particular who has known them since they were kittens. Becky, Michelle and Kacey do a fantastic job of looking after them and it is great to know I can always rely on Paws Galore to look after my precious pets when I cannot. It takes the stress out of going away knowing they (and the house) are well cared for when we are not here. An excellent service that I could not do without. Thank you from us all!

Great service from Kacey and the team in arranging dog sitting for Arlo and Indy at our hotel in London (shout out also to Montague on the Gardens).Lee our sitter was great arriving in good time to hand over our two Goldies and had no issue staying on later than planned when we had tube difficulties getting back from the O2. Highly recommend them.

An absolute jewel of a service for us and our cat! It is always hard to leave your pet in someone’s care but we have had a phenomenal experience with our two sitters who have been caring and reliable. Kacey and her team have done a great job and we would recommend them in a heart beat.

A real horrible woman. Said she feels sorry for my dog as she didn’t know her name. Disgusting individual and I would advise against using this company if you have any care at all for your dog.Prices are unreasonable:I have recently had an accident and can’t walk she had my dog collected and dropped it because I told her the prices were too high.AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS

We've used Paws Galore for the last 2 years or so, and we couldn't be happier with the service! Our cat sitters have been so friendly, responsible, caring and responsive. We trust them completely and have never had a problem. It's so nice to be able to go on holiday and not have to worry about our Vienna. Highly recommend!
