Very poor service. Damaged my wife’s hair and when I went to complain, the staffs were very rude and unprofessional. They kept telling me to speak to the manager who is unavailable all the time. I rang once and I was told the manager is in but she is busy to talk over phone so I decided to visit the salon to resolve the issue. Soon as I got there within 30 mins the manager left the salon and the staff asked for my phone number and was told the manager will ring me. Never got a call back. They have applied colouring product on my wife’s hair without doing any skin test. That’s how unprofessional they are. They have charged my wife over £100. I will be contacting trading standards regarding them.

Had lash extensions done and at first they looked okay but as soon as I got home I was in agony. Upon looking at my lashes properly, I quickly noticed that far too much glue had been used. 1 week after having them done, I've sat for 2 days attempting to get these lashes off causing as little damage as possible however I'm left with a massive loss of my natural lash as well as red, cut and weeping eyelids. Never again will I go back here. Do your research and find a better beautician because for £20, I expected a much higher standard of service and not to be left in the state I am in now! Honestly wish there was a 0 star option.

Worst experience in a lifetime. Went there for the first time thinking it would be good but the lady was so unprofessional she kept on dropping the piercing gun and and my ear piercing closed after a week and got infected. Don’t recommend this place to anyone. Waste of my money.

This is one of the worst beauty salons i have ever met! They put a eyebrow worker to do your hair cut when she doesn't even know how to use scissor! I asked for a simple bangs that a hairdresser and hairstylist should know it! But she wanted to cut my whole hair first and she didn't know how to brush them! Not everyone have talent and their real certificate! If you want to have nice hair I would suggest you to go anywhere but not here!!!!

Staff were lovely and friendly but result was awful. Had gel polish and one acrylic replacement. Only put one coat of colour on. Colour is uneven and messy. Acrylic already coming loose. £27 wasted. Really sounded like they knew what they were doing. Would never go back.

Unfortunately from my awful experience of first visit the only thing I can compliment is the staff friendliness. I had an unappy service with my hair. She didn't seem confident at all. Burnt by scalp by heavy bleaching and having to pay an awful lot because hair was recoloured few times and the products used was billed to me.. the staffs own error. She tried to reassure me to like the hair colour which was not at all I wanted. But being there for 6 hours and continuously told oh your natural hair is greasy" front of other clients

i didn’t get what i asked for, they cut my cuticles and cut my fingers whilst they was at it, asked for a refund as i paid before end result but they said they would only give me half i was fuming but i got my full refund. i would definitely not recommend this place. Although the staff was lovely.

Only giving 1 cos it doesnt allow less . Thank you for hacking my hair off with the ability of a child. Who the hell cuts above there fingers instead of under. Then tries to charge more than advertised. Only actually saw how bad it was when home and am now booked in first thing elsewhere to fix the mess made ive lost half my hair. Obviously untrained and unqualified !!!

The lady left the treatment on for too long I was told that it would be a 30 minute treatment but I was sat in the chair for over an hour. Ruined my eyelashes as they have started to fall out and stick together.
