The Mansion Spa is a MUST VISIT! Between finding it on Instagram and getting multiple recommendations to go from friends, I knew that I had to visit for a top quality massage. It didn't disappoint. The atmosphere inside is very soothing and relaxing so you step into a world of serenity. The decor is beautiful, it's clean, fragrant and you are greeted by wonderful staff when you enter. I couldn't fault it!The massage was the best I've ever had - It truly was a Traditional Thai Massage. Sunshine (the masseuse) was amazing - She was able to get all of the knots in my back, used medium/hard pressure as I asked and made sure that my body was thoroughly relaxed and open. She worked hard to open up the tight areas and she checked in with me to make sure everything was good. I had a lot of tension in my upper body and lower back, which she focused on and released a lot of pressure. I'll definitely be returning soon.This is hands down the best massage place in Birmingham, and should be the only place you visit going forward.

That was one of the best hot oil massages I have ever had! The therapist was amazing and her technique was exactly what I needed. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her.It was very good value for money and I will be recommending this spa to all my friends and family. Best massage I ever had!! Absolutely love this new spot, the vibe inside is so relaxing and so beautiful. I got a head, neck and back massage and the therapist was sooo good! The massage tables are heated which I loved. Will definitely be back and will be booking in for all my family for Xmas!

I saw The Mansion Spa on Instagram & booked in immediately. I loved the decor & wanted to support a new, small business - I don’t often leave reviews, but my hopes & expectations were beyond exceeded!As soon as you step in, not only is the building beautifully designed, the attention to detail in the Spa itself is wonderful. Each room is tastefully designed & the entire Spa is the epitome of tranquility.You can absolutely feel the passion behind every staff member & the desire to give the customer the absolute best experience.I felt extremely looked after as soon as I walked in, before I’d even had the massage! You can tell that they really care about the customer experience here, which was lovely.The added extras such as water, heated beds (extremely comfy & extra space too!) really made my experience extra special.Sunshine was exceptional. She made sure I felt comfortable & fully relaxed throughout, allowed me to change the pressure & in general, gave me the best Thai Massage/Deep Tissue Massage I have ever had! I had been suffering with lower back pain & tension in my shoulders, but Sunshine was sure to take extra care and give attention to these areas.I left feeling as if I’d spent the entire day there being pampered. The Mansion is a gem if you're after a good Thai massage. From the moment I walked in, I felt a calm atmosphere which really set the mood. The staff were friendly, making me feel welcome straight away.The massage itself was top-notch. The therapist seemed to know exactly where the tight spots were and worked on them effectively. It's evident they know what they're doing, and I appreciated the attention to detail. After the session, I felt relaxed and stress-free.Overall, if you're in Birmingham and fancy a genuine Thai massage experience, The Mansion should be on your list. A solid five stars from me!

I had an amazing experience at the Mansion Spa. This is a truly authentic Thai spa and I have not come across anything like this in the Midlands. From the decor, to the traditional Thai techniques of the masseuse. I opted for the hot oil massage and the therapist was very experienced, she knew areas of concern without me even mentioning and helped to work through them as well as leaving me feeling completely zen!Facilities are luxurious, clean and warm. Go and visit, you will not be disappointed!

Our therapist's Sunshine and Sabrina were amazing and our massages were both different to address our specific needs which I loved. I'm often at the gym with sore muscles and my body felt elongated and aligned after my massage. I highly recommend it for a relaxing but healing massage. The perfect balance!

What an amazing place. Decorated top end, so easy to get to and the massage was brilliant. They really know how to get rid of the aches and pains. Highly recommend this place and will be booking in for regular appointments.
