Would highly recommend Bill Tandy & Co Ltd. We recently sold a property & were so impressed with the service we received from Alan & the whole team at Lichfield.Everyone was extremely efficient, knowledgeable & friendly and made the whole process easy.

We have recently sold our house with Bill Tandy Burntwood. The process has taken some time and wasn't without it's challenges. However the best people we dealt with throughout the process by far were all the team members at Bill Tandy. They were outstanding in terms of friendliness, efficiency, and communication. I can't recommend them enough. If I were to sell again I wouldn't hesitate to use them.

We recently completed a purchase of a home that Bill Tandy was selling. With the craziness of the housing market the last couple years, we had learned we generally did not like working with estate agents and had consistently felt like we needed to be really guarded against aggressive sales tactics that made us feel like the agents were more interested in their own commission than anything else. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find that this was not the case with Bill Tandy. Even as the buyers, everyone we spoke to at Bill Tandy was helpful and friendly and seemed honestly excited for us when we picked up the keys to our new home and I loved that. Thank you to the team for making what could have been a much more stressful process much smoother and for treating us like people and not just a source of potential commission on a sale.

We have recently sold our house through Bill Tandy Burntwood, and they were also the agents for our ongoing purchase. Estate agents often receive some bad press and can be the unsung heroes of a sale/purchase transaction, but for us, Bill Tandy have been worth every penny and more. Unfortunately, we had a very tricky transaction, encountering many hurdles along the way both with our sale and purchase. We can honestly say, without the help of Simon Kelsey (in particular), and every member of the Burntwood office – Kelly, Rachel, Deb and Sarah, the transaction would have been unlikely to reach completion. The team worked tirelessly to push this transaction through, going above and beyond at every opportunity. This included daily updates, a face-to-face visit, updates out of hours, and help even when those members of the team were on annual leave. We were blown away with the service, and we cannot be more grateful for the help we received. Every member of the team has been friendly and supportive - and they have a great sense of humour which helped in some of the trickier moments! We would not hesitate to recommend them. Recently sold a house through Bill Tandy and Debra Tew was our main contact and was a fantastic help with the process and helped keep it going when it looked like it was about to fall apart. We were going to use an online estate agent originally due to costs but I'd say that it was worth spending some extra money on a local agent for their expertise and local knowledge.

We can’t recommend Deb enough! She has been fantastic from start to finish. As first time buyers we were starting to lose hope of getting our own place but with the help of Deb all the way through we now are homeowners.
